  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must still be attached.

  • The item must not show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

  • Return requests must be submitted via email to our support team.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Custom-made or tailored items

  • Personalized or special-order pieces

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items where specified at purchase


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please:

  • Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

    • Clear photos of the damage or issue

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, Mamo Store BW will arrange one of the following:

  • A replacement item

  • An exchange

  • A full refund (if replacement is not available)

5. Customer Responsibilities

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for:

  • Ensuring the item is securely packaged for return

Additional conditions:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If shipping was free during a promotion, the shipping cost may be deducted from the refund

  • Returned items must be in resalable condition

Mamo Store BW reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for processing

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to reflect in your account


7. Handling / Restocking Fees

In certain cases, non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking or handling fee (up to 15–20% of the item value) to cover inspection and processing costs.

Any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.


8. Product Quality & Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Each claim will be reviewed individually, and we will determine whether the item qualifies for replacement, repair, or refund.
